Every item you own that fits tells us where you sit. This page turns that into the size to start from at each brand, puts the brands where you land squarely on one size first, and shows the numbers from each brand's own chart.

Where this can be wrong
- A suggested starting size is a place to begin, not a promise. Check the brand's current chart and the return terms before you order.
- Brand charts loaded here are being verified one by one. Until a chart is verified, its ranges are approximate and alpha sizes (S, M, L) cover a wide range of bodies.
- “Start here” means you sit well inside one size on the brand's own chart. It says nothing about quality, and no brand can pay to appear there.
- Cut is read from the chart: the room between waist and hip at your size, compared with the other brands here. Fabric and stretch can change how that feels.
- “How it runs” appears only after five different people have reported, and early signals can still be skewed by one group.
- One item gives a rough position. Two that agree are much better; when they disagree we say so and lower the confidence.
